Heal of by pass sore in the front tibial zone , extended from under knee to malleolus, 2 mm deep and 1/2 " of bone in view , six months pathologic aged, on a male subject 45 years old , treated by a previous portable version of the biologic soft laser Bioelettra 3001 ( v. 2001 ). Full healing of this sore has been achieved by nine applications of one hour each in the period of 18 days. The source distance started from 4" up to 3 feet with a variable incidence angle due to the wound shape.
